This Sunday Fish Fischer, cofounder of Somatic Release Breathwork, will be joining Insid3out to take everyone on a seriously transformational journey. This is the type of thing you are going to want to strap in your seatbelt for, because we're going for a ride! Fish is a professional and knows how to create a space for us to process in an extremely safe container. So, if you are ready to clear yourself out so that you can uplevel, this is for you! NEW Cacao & Connection, every Sunday in the lounge from 6:15 to 7:00. Get to know your community by playing Cards for Connection games. Savor each sip of cacao in the presence of new friends for a $5 donation per generous serving. Both cacao and the cards help you open your heart and deepen into the healing benefits of your meditation. Each Sunday at 7:00 we curate a special guest and activity that allows you to sample different spiritual modalities and practitioners!
