We will set up family & systems constellations to look at the theme of belonging. belongingfamily & systems constellations workshopwith co-facilitators amy v harrington & tri: chung faundeen please join us for an in-person workshop around the theme of new possibilities. how does belonging or exclusion affect us in our lives? who was excluded that needed to be acknowledged? how can inclusion bring healing to the wounds created by being left out? we will have 2 constellations chosen by lotterywe are an inclusive and respectful spacemasks are strongly suggested but not required (per LA mandate)the space is enclosed (tall ceiling but no open windows)if you don't feel well, please stay at home & restshoes off at door so wear your fun socksfree parkingmax of 12 people so please registervenmo or cash donation requested at the event : $1 - $20 suggested about the facilitators:amy v harrington is a visual artist and integrative energy/body practitioner. they find joy in the creative exploration of structures within the self, dynamics, and systems. tri: chung faundeen is an alchemist & integrative craniosacral/polarity/constellations practitioner who believes that science and spirituality can coexist, and their practice reflects this synthesis. they help dis-empowered people who have suffered physical and emotional trauma become resourced so they can experience full freedom of movement and expression in their lives. about constellations:Constellations are group sessions that allow people to look at systemic dynamics. There will be one primary client (chosen by lottery) who will receive the constellation, and others attending might be asked to represent various aspects of their issue - to notice what sensations/thoughts/emotions arise when stepping into that role. You can choose to be a witness; participation as a representative is always voluntary and you can always say no and just witness.
