Press release from City of New Haven: August 26, 2020 WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE voters to use either of the TWO (2) Stateof Connecticut official Absentee Ballot mailboxes (white & yellow withofficial state seal), which are installed in front of both entrances at Hallof Records, 200 Orange Street. Please utilize boxes for absenteeapplications and ballots. • The Office of the Connecticut Secretary of the State will be sending outapplications for absentee ballots to all eligible (active, registered) voterson a rolling basis between Tuesday September 8th and FridaySeptember 11th.
