Press release from New Haven City Clerk's Office: Oct. 24, 2020 The City-Town Clerk's office of New Haven has received 14,000 applications for absentee ballots. As of Tuesday, October 20th all absentee ballots have been issued and mailed to all applicants, as well as entered into the State CVR Election System. If you have any questions pertaining to your absentee ballot or have not received an absentee ballot by the end of the day, Saturday, October 24th, we have set up a hotline, (203) 946-6400.
