Willing to pay $300 for a good long term home for our cat

We are seeking a good home for our pet cat (Honey) of 4 years. She is 11 years old, she is sweet and now domesticated. We adopted her, or rather she adopted us. While we were on vacation, a friend housekeeping started feeding her, she continued to visit our home. We took her to Martinez SPCA, discovered she had a chip, and although feral at one time, she had an owner that lost, or abandoned her 4 times, owner refused to pay fine or pick her up. Concerned she would be Euthanized, we adopted her. We have since moved to 55+ community in Rio Vista and will retire next month.We can no longer care for her. Reached out to Martinez location that we adopted from,(however no longer in that county) to assist, but not even the courtesy of a response. Can not find anyone willing to take her, tried ; friends, neighbors, family, facilities, no luck, so trying this desperate approach. We will pay $300 to someone to take her and provide good long term home, also will provide some food, litter, and her pedestal etc. We are not willing to abandon her, like last owner. This is intended to be an incentive and perhaps offset the initial cost to take her in, not intended to attract someone trying to make a quick buck, only to then abandoned her. She is and would be a great companion. Seeking someone compassionate, loves animals and has a big heart. Please be genuine and able to provide for her. She had a rough beginning and we have been able to provide a much better life for her, we are torn and feeling like options are very limited. The truth is most Animal shelters, SPCA etc. are overwhelmed and anyone in our situation don’t have many options or assistance available.
