Maya Evans is a wellness coach on a mission to help others reach a new level of strength, both mentally and physically. With a background as a certified school psychologist and personal trainer, Maya combines her passion for health and fitnesss as founder of Mental and Muscle, LLC. Maya aspires to educate and empower her community through services to strengthen both the mind and body. Her HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts combine very effective short interval circuits to burn calories and fat while building strength and muscle!
