PATCHOGUE, NY — A man was stabbed on Main Street in Patchogue in the early hours of Easter Sunday, Suffolk police said. A 42-year-old Patchogue man told officers that at about 3:20 a.m., he was in a parking lot on East Main Street when he was stabbed in the chest, police said, adding that the man drove to a relative's home on Brook Street and officers were called. He was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with "serious injuries," according to police. No other details were available.
