Journey into Self Love II: Authentic Relating, Reiki + Sound Healing, Medicine Music We're back for more! We had such an overwhelming response from our last Journey to Self Love event that we decided on a sequel with a little twist ✨ We will further explore the 5 fundamental practices of Self Love : Accepting YourselfForgiving YourselfLetting GoBoundaries Gratitude Through the interactive play practice of Authentic Relating led by Keysel & Tanya 🌮 What is Authentic Relating ? Authentic Relating is a set of guided activities or "games" created with the intention to dive deeper in the areas of co-creating with one another, strengthening human connection while creating greater personal awareness. Julia will grace us with her powerful Reiki healing and channeling focusing on the heart and crown chakra to help re-establish our connection with source energy as well as the source within. The hour long group Reiki healing will be accompanied with a sound bath from Margo Biardzi @margobiardzki who is a sound healing practitioner, Bhakti Yogi and singer. We'll wrap up the love infused evening with a mini Medicine Music performance by our beloved Keysel Peleaz ❤ ( and who knows what other unexpected surprises might manifest ) Self Love Facilitators: Julia @L.A.D.U Healing Julia is a generational energy healer who began the practice of energy healing from childhood. She was taught by her grandmothers, as she grew up in a family where energy healing, energy cleansing and alternative medicine were a priority. Through her life-long spiritual practice, Julia has acquired a lot of spiritual knowledge traveling all over the world, visiting the ashram of India and studying with many teachers. Divine reiki healing, healing through words and channeling are the main tools to help Julia provide healing to the world. Tanya @the_crystal_cafe_ Tanya is the owner and creator of The Crystal Cafe and coins herself as a “Crystal Intuitive”, and bridge to the crystalline grid. She has been working with crystals for the past 8 years and has a strong connection with the rock kingdom and guardians of the earth. Working with crystals has helped her develop her intuition and create more peace and wellbeing in her life as well as in the life of others. Tanya loves to share her passion and knowledge of crystals with the world and has recently embarked on an apprenticeship journey in shamanism. Keysel @thebagelbaron Keysel Peleaz is on a mission to spread compassion practices to the world. As a Tibetan Buddhist with a background in the performing arts and anthropology, he infuses medicine music, deep creativity, and joy into his spaces. Keysel’s presence, knowledge and otherworldly connection with sound and music is promised to soothe and fill your soul.
