NEW HAVEN, CT — A 27-year-old man was injured in a Friday morning shooting in Fair Haven, according to police. Police responded to a call of a person shot at Poplar Street at 8:45 a.m. The victim was shot in the thigh. He was hospitalized with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, police said.
