Press release from the Town of North Andover: April 15, 2022 Town Staff and the Master Plan Implementation Committee have collaboratively developed a new website intended to inform the public about implementation of strategies outlined in the Town of North Andover's Master Plan (2018). The Master Plan, which was developed with significant community input, contains over 100 recommended strategies under seven different elements.
