Description
I have some tracks that I'm doing as a side project that I'd like to use a female voice for, and thought I'd put out some feelers to see what comes up and go from there. The output would be mainly the recorded tracks, with potential play through videos (and/or others) done for YouTube / social media. I'm open to doing things mostly online to fit schedules more easily (I'm usually quite busy myself), but also open to getting together to work through parts, get tight, and so on - just depends on the needs of the individual, the material, etc.
What I'm looking for:
- Genre: melodeath, symphonic metal, progressive metal
- Focusing on strong clean voice more than growls, but being able to do both is a plus.
- Professional demeanor
- Experience recording and performing is a plus
- Be able to record tracks yourself is a plus, but not required necessarily
A little bit about me:
- I am in an established, gigging band right now and I'm not trying to start another one right now - I'm just trying to realize some fun tracks as a side project.
- I don't foresee playing the material live, but at some point who knows? Depends how well the tracks turn out, reception, and so on.
- I have my own studio, I'm recording the instruments and producing the material. The intent is to get it professionally mixed/mastered
- No drama here, relaxed feel, but professional.
Thanks for reading. Reach out if interested (please make sure to provide some kind of demo of your voice and/or performance) and I can share more as well.
