FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Framingham City Clerk has reported unofficial results in the 2020 election, showing that local voters overwhelmingly chose Democratic candidates like Joe Biden and Ed Markey, and elected to pay a little extra for community preservation.
About 77 percent of registered voters — or 32,217 — in Framingham turned out in the November election, according to the City Clerk.
Framingham voters were participating in statewide elections like the U.S. Senate race and two ballot questions. There was also the local question whether to adopt the Community Preservation Act, and the 13th Middlesex race for voters in precinct 3.
