Need help with removing shrubs from front of house

Hello, We want to prepare a flower bed and need help removing shrubs (see highlighted section in images.... 3 on left side, 3 on right side.), Also, need to take out the top layer of mulch on both sides and turn the soil. Want this done ASAP since its already april so the earliest you can come the better. Please let me know what it will cost and I will get back ASAP.
