Hi, I'm Thea. I wanted to share a bit about myself and what I do for those of you who don't know me! I'm an Intimacy & Relationship Coach. Fast forward a bit and I found myself caring for two young girls when my husband decided the marriage wasn't for him anymore. I felt lost and confused and I realized I needed to find me again + fulfill my dreams.  Through my training program, I learned how to vulnerably connect with myself and others, how to listen empathetically, repair relationships, understand and communicate my needs and boundaries and find my sensuality and confidence.​ It wasn't easy, and I couldn't do it alone.​ Connection doesn't come from perfection. A large part of my practice is authentic connection which includes sharing parts of me (wounds and triggers) that will resonate with parts of you and help you learn tools to be intimate with others out in the world. ​As an Intimacy & Relationship Coach I seek to vulnerably connect with you - to be a partner in discovering what you want - to show you love as a necessity and to give you a loving push in the direction you choose. I love exploring erotic intimacy and helping you cultivate fulfilling relationships that align with your core needs and values. Along the journey we find out who you are and what you want, and explore how to go after that to live a satisfying life.
