My name is Thea Robnett and I am a Sex & Relationship Coach. I hold my Masters Degree in Integrative Health and Healing and was trained in Sex & Relationship Coaching at Somatica Institute in Berkeley, California. I work with individuals and couples on marriage & long term committed relationships, dating, intimacy, needs, boundaries and pleasure. My passion for sexuality wasn't always known and understood, and truth be told I struggled for quite a while because I was a wife and a mother, and I lost myself in the mix of trying to fit into a mold that wasn't sustainable for me. I had so much creativity that was being held and locked up within the confines of the societal norm, the American Dream. What I didn't know was that the professional journey I was on became so much more - a whole body transformation and a mindset shift. What are my NEEDS, what are my DESIRES and how do I create a life that feels FULFILLING and EXCITING?Please don't misunderstand me, I loved being a wife and I love being a mom. I love the American Dream, if it fits into your lifestyle. So many couples and families experience dysfunction and they wrongly assume that it just isn't working, so they split up. If I had had the opportunity to repair my marriage, I would have, but it takes TWO individuals who are willing and able. One of my goals is to work with couples to mend their relationship, create greater connection, or recreate the connection and find solutions to having a happy, healthy partnership. Poor communication is the number one relationship killer, so I teach couples how to effectively communicate with one another. Relationships are hard because people are different, however there are so many tools to understanding one another and working with your specific personality and attachment style to come closer together.I absolutely love working with clients to help them achieve pleasure, discover and own their sexuality. I also love helping couples find their way back to each other, repairing longstanding issues in relationships and rekindling connection.
