There is a great energy in the house and a lot of separation between rooms. Your room has direct access to the outdoor patio. The room features custom acoustic panels that provide a very accurate monitoring environment. Furniture, utilities, and the piano are included, but no gear. Although this is a house, we do not live there and it is not available for living. The space is not conducive for recording or rehearsing with live bands.
