HOUSE CLEANING, Lubbock & Surrounding Area If you’re looking for someone to clean your home periodically (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or by request), LOOK NO FURTHER! Standard vs Special Cleaning Services My standard cleaning service includes kitchen (including microwave and stovetop), bathrooms (toilets/shower/bath), wipe down/dust surfaces, vacuum/sweep/mop your floors, make your beds/tidy up, empty your trash bins, and make your home fresh and clean. Other services can be scheduled for an additional fee, such as cleaning your oven, fridge or freezer, cat boxes, windows, walls, scrubbing up spills or pet stains, etc. Approx $15-30 extra each. Cleaning Supplies I bring my own rags, mop, soap bucket and use vinegar-based cleaning supplies, and I prefer to use your vacuum cleaner (which is emptied and put away after each use). However upon request I’m also happy to use cleaning products you provide and/or bring my own vacuum. Pricing My pricing is based on estimated time and effort to perform the service. I’m hardworking and fair, and I promise you won't be disappointed! Please note: I have to come evaluate your house before we give you a final price For new clients seeking cleaning services on a recurring basis, please note that the first service takes more time and costs a little more (approx $20-$50 more). Other factors that impact pricing are total number of rooms, number of and type of pets, level of messiness, and frequency/length of time between cleanings.
