Local musicians in search of practice space

Hey there, we are 3 local folks looking for a place for our band to practice. We have all put down roots in the Bay and have lived here for years. Due to our off-grid lifestyles, however, we are at a loss for a place to practice music on the amplified side of things! So that is what we are looking for. We don't need much, just electricity, and some security and shelter from the elements for our instruments! Looking for a place in Ashland, Washburn, or Bayfield, or maybe Cornucopia - outside of town is fine. We can arrange set practice times if need be. We are all flexible and responsible fellows.
