Mulch and yard waste removal

Description

I have a 60ftx8ft flower bed that needs all the old mulch removed and hauled away. Additionally, I have a pile of yard waste that also needs to be removed. The mulch is approximately 3-4 inches deep. The mulch is a year old from Edward's Garden and may be able to be used as fill, etc. I am unable to provide any tools, bags, or assistance with removal. Plants are growing in the flower bed that need to be preserved during removal. Please text.
