Homelab Setup Help

Need help setting up some services in my homelab. Ideal setup would be similar to the proxmox server on this post (https://www.reddit.com/r/homelab/comments/p7hogt/finally_got_around_to_updating_my_homelab_diagram/). Currently have Google fiber with their router (so pretty limited on networking/firewall config), but have a MikroTik switch, proxmox running on a NUC w/ 32gb memory, a couple of NAS boxes, and a couple of raspberry pi's and a couple of other pc's laying around.
