Description
Key turned and started fine unless I move the steering wheel when I turn the car off. If the steering wheel locks its been EXTREMELY HARD TO START THE CAR. IVE gotten it started but today I've been unsuccessful. Usually started it when this happened by rocking wheel back and forth and key at same time. I thought it had something to do with the steering wheel mechanism but this is way too abnormal. Some one told me it is the ignition lock cylinder??? Please someone help me today preferably
