need a practice space w/drum kit

Getting back into drumming after about a decade and I'm looking for a practice space in the Tacoma area, preferably with a house kit. Would be grateful for any tips if people know of a commercial or private space like this. It's just me, looking for a place to drum for fun a couple of hours per week. Willing to pay.
