Looking for Bourkes birds for special young man

PLEASE, if you raise, have, or know of someone who has Bourke birds in Wisconsin to sell or donate, please e-mail me thru craigslist. My son is a kind and gentle young man who loves birds but has non-verbal autism and sensory dysfunction. Most birds would be too loud. After my research on birds, the Bourkes birds would be the perfect birds for him. His favorite color is blue, so a normal pair would be perfect and also less expensive, but any color is considered if the price if affordable. We just want the song that is priced accordingly. Excellent home and large flight. He is such a good boy in spite of all he has to deal with and I need to try my best to find a pair of Bourkes to bring him joy.
