Today (Sunday) 8:30 am. walking distance from Potomac South Metro, $15 an hour, must be vaccinated, CashApp preferred. One person will need to climb a ladder - rented a very solid extending 30 ft - to attach a ledger board and some lattice. 2nd story, so not very high. Then taking down some 2x6s used for old support. My guess is 3 hours, could be 6. I have my regular guy and need 2 more.
