Do you have great personal skills? Are you dependable and punctual? Do you live in or near the Belltown neighborhood? We manage numerous short term rentals in Belltown and are looking for a friendly, dependable and punctual greeter to join our team. The ideal candidate would be located in or near the Belltown neighborhood. The jobs will typically be scheduled days in advance between the hours of 4pm and 9pm. We would compensate you more if you choose to accept jobs after 9pm. Each job ideally takes 20 minutes and we would compensate you $25 per job. You would meet the short term rental guests at the building, greet them, provide them a brief tour of the building and show them to their units. After the check-in, you are not expected to provide any assistance or respond to any inquiries. If things go smoothly, in a given day you could greet 5 or more guests and make 5 x $25 = $125 / day.
