attempting the confirm the safety of this dog. his name is buddy he is not a puppy he is a full grown Chihuahua mix and around 2 years old now. he was owned by Willie solcum AKA will kaliko soulcum on Facebook. at some point Willie was living at a homeless camp by skinners butte park in a Conestoga Hut run by community supported shelters where he and the lady pictured raped and recorded the rape of buddy the Chihuahua. last year around July Willie posted that buddy had come up missing but it was never stated if buddy was found by rapist Willie again or not. so I'm asking my community of animal lovers and rapist haters to keep a look out for Willie solcum his girlfriend Nevaeh Cline and buddy the chihuahua. I need to know that this dog is safe yes the rape and evidence was turned over to officer Tyler tramaine of epd
