Description
This adorable little dude is named Cassius (Cash) and is almost 7 years old. All up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped. He weighs just around 7 lbs, maybe less. Birthdate 10/1/2015
The good: he LOVES to be in your lap and loves to sunbathe. He is potty pad trained but prefers to use the outdoors. He is crate trained, leash trained (with harness) and even sling pouch trained. He would love to spend all his time with his person.
The bad: this little bugger thinks he’s a big dog, which can be incredibly dangerous to him if he yells at a reactive big dog. He will bark and run towards the other big dogs in the house, often acting like he is going to bite them. He has already been bitten back, from one of our big dogs “defending himself” against the chihuahua attack.
He is fine with other dogs, but he should not live with larger dogs that are known for being aggressive. He doesn’t care about cats, so cats in the home is fine.
The perfect home for him would be one with either no other dogs or only smaller dogs. He is not a fan of small children who are grabby, so if there are small children in the home supervision is highly recommended to avoid accidental nips. Additionally, I prefer someone who owns their home, not renting. This guy needs stability and renting isn’t stable.
There is a $150 rehome fee - he will have his wire kennel, beds, blankets and food. He does shed because he has medium hair (short hair chi and long hair chi in his bloodline). We live in Richland WA and I would like to do a home visit for serious inquiries, to make sure that he will be going to an appropriate home.
Thank you.
