Please help. My moms 9 year old "BB" is missing. He's about 5 or 6 pounds, scruffy blonde, Yorkie/Chihuahua mix, hip dysplasia, a bald tail due to age and canine alopecia. We're all so heartbroken without him. My mom is absolutely devastated. I need him returned to her.
