Rehoming a Miniature Schnauzer looking for love and a happy life ❤️

This dog is a 9 year old miniature schnauzer that is looking for a good and loving home. She has a lot of personality, doesn’t act her age (people comment on how puppy like and active she acts and looks, especially when she runs at the dog park) and is a loyal and loving companion. Due to extreme financial insecurity and growing allergies, I’m not able to take care of her and give her the life she deserves- with a yard and family members who can give her attention and walkies to her hearts content. She comes with her kennel, kennel pads, leashes, clothes and other random pet items. Currently we are in Idaho, but I will drive her down for the right family. Ideally, how this would work is we would video chat and you would get to “meet her” via video chat - if a quick home tour goes well, I would drive her to The Salt Lake area for an in person meeting and then if that goes well we can talk about doing a test run sleepover to see if she does well in your home. I would like to keep updated on her progress as she transitions into being with a new family for at least the first few months. She’s going to need a lot of love and distraction to not think about her previous owner, but she’s a loving and sweet dog, with a lot of love in her heart that can grow to encompass you too! My goal is to never let her see the inside of an animal shelter kennel, and I’d like to keep an open channel between us as a “just in case” measure to keep that from happening.
