Not looking for amateur or hobby level; fully developed, not rusty, only.
No immediate $$ but the potential is definitely here. Session singers for hire and remote recording folks are not applicable to this situation. This is a band startup. I'll be covering expenses but that's about it. So, be easy to work with. I am not spending money so people can goof around or engage in the usual musician's unreliability behaviors and problems; a genuine pro level attitude goes a long way here. It'll be work for sure but I want it to be fun for all, not torture.
The big snags I have encountered are talent level, efficacy, reliability and motivation. If you don't have these attributes lined up and integrated into your personality there's not a lot I can do for you.
Rather than rattling off a wish list of desirable musical influences and indications I'd prefer you send a link to something that is reasonably current. I can tell if someone is going to be a good fit or not. If you don't send something the odds of getting a response from me is 0.00/100. Thanks.
