We are locally owned and operated. Minuteman Press, the worlds largest and top rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Production Assistant. We are looking for a full time or part time person to join us during the hours of Monday through Friday from 8-5 pm. Duties will include, but are not limited to: custom project quoting, customer correspondence through the order process, vendor relations, filing and assisting in the digital graphic design, digital printing and bindery operations. We have a fast paced, exciting work environment with a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Requirements: Previous experience in a fast paced Customer Service environment. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. High organizational competence with ability to multitask effectively. Strong Math Skills. High Level of Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Exceptional Attention to Detail. Professional Appearance and Attitude. Previous printing experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person. Graphic design experience is a plus not not required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
