From the City of Albany: Posted on December 21, 2019 WATER MAIN BREAK ON MC CARTY AVENUE December 21, 2019 The City of Albany is repairing a water main break on Mc Carty Avenue. Water service will be disrupted on Mc Carty Avenue between Browne Street and Bingham Street, which will also be affected. The surrounding area may experience discolored water or pressure fluctuation.
