From the City of Albany: Posted on December 29, 2019 WATER MAIN BREAK ON HAWTHORNE AVENUE The City of Albany is repairing a water main break on Hawthorne Avenue. Water service will be disrupted on both sides of Hawthorne Avenue between Hawkins Street and 68 Hawthorne Avenue. The surrounding area may experience discolored water or pressure fluctuation.
