Attention, Montgomery pool cleaners! Work for me, an experienced Swimming Pool Tradesman and Texas State Licensed Electrical Contractor. I have a Montgomery 77356 pool route with an opportunity to assist in nearby zip codes. Weekly, full-time employee payroll - this position is not 1099 subcontracting. Pay is per pool cleaned and gross pay increases as clients are added to the route. This route is growing every week! Preference is for a working pool cleaner who lives near the Montgomery route with professional experience cleaning pools through one complete Texas season (at least one year) but I may train a suitable candidate. No transportation or mobile phone is needed. I will give you a GPS monitored work truck (all tools and supplies provided) for the round trip commute to run the pool route, an iPhone with pool service app for customer navigation and a hitch-mounted portable vacuum and charger. ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 12 QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE MET! **Please read the 12 qualifications carefully and completely before contacting me!** 1. MUST not be a convicted felon. NO FELONS. Absolutely no felony convictions in your past. Absolutely no exceptions! Do not call me if you have a felony conviction in your past! 2. MUST not have excessive tattoos. NO excessive tattoos. Absolutely NO neck tattoos. 3. MUST be able to pass a criminal background check conducted by a third-party firm. 4. MUST be at least 21 years old due to insurance restrictions. 5. MUST live near the Montgomery 77356 pool cleaning route. 6. MUST have a valid Texas driver’s license and recent clean 5 year driving record with NO accidents and very low count of minor infractions (your driving record will be pulled and reviewed). 7. MUST be an early riser! This job starts early in the morning and you must be ready to roll! 8. Presentable appearance and pleasant interaction skills. Texas politeness and no cursing. 9. Daylong non-smoking work environment. No exceptions. 10. Demonstrated ability and history of working outdoors unassisted in year-round Texas weather and able to lift 50 pounds. 11. Able to swim, distinguish water test colors and not afraid of dogs. 12. Have a safe and secure place at home to park your GPS monitored company truck and charge your pool cleaning rig. PLEASE NOTE - if you have past due court ordered child support warrants, our payroll company will find them, as per Texas law, and the appropriate deductions will be made from your pay!
