Can you tell the difference between American Porter and Dry Irish Stout? German Weissbier and Belgian Witbier? Ready for a blind tasting? Can you tell the difference between an American Porter and a Dry Irish Stout? A German Weissbier and a Belgian Witbier? How about an American IPA and an Imperial IPA? Or a German Pilsner and an American Blonde Ale?  In this class you'll test your palate as well as your understanding of styles through a series of blind tastings. Certified Cicerone® Kelly Pickard will share tips and insights learned from her experience with the Style Discrimination portion of the Certified Cicerone® Tasting Exam. Using blind tastings and follow up discussions, we'll explore the nuances of similar styles and what characteristics make each unique.  The class is $35 and includes educational presentation, handouts, and guided beer tasting. All class attendees must present ID showing they are 21+ years old.
