Lost Blue Velcro Wallet

My ID, birth certificate, social security card, credit & debit card, and some cash is in the wallet. I will pay whoever finds/found it whatever is in the wallet and more to get it back. I think I lost it last night around the Wharf Cinema Center or possibly somewhere on Front St. If you have already spent the cash I don't care and will give you more to get my identification things back. Please just let me know. If you've already taken the money and don't wanna meet face to face, It would be great if you could leave it somewhere and let me know where it is atleast. Or contact me if you found it without the money and you'll still get a reward.
