Come together as a community to process, connect, release, and free your mind and body through movement/dance!!!! Come together as a community to process, connect, release, and free your mind and body through movement/dance. This is a safe, judgment free zone to be unapologetically authentic with yourself to wiggle, waggle, giggle, howl, stomp, and shake as you please. There is always a community space where you can go to stretch, lay, journal, and explore. Feel free to bring your own art work, oracle cards, crystals, scarves, hats, and magical tools to share. We will begin the dance with a brief introduction followed by the dance, and sound bath meditation and closing circle at the end. Come as you are, and let the music move you! $18 tickets, $25 drop in.
