What can we bring to the classroom to engage in this important work? To be effective, it is necessary to reflect upon how our own experiences influence our understanding of identity, diversity, justice, and activism. When we do so, it strengthens and supports our work with children and families. Victor Bradley will share how his own experiences have shaped his personal and professional growth as an early educator and his work with children and families.
