Rehearsal share, lots of time available

Hey folks. I have a medium sized (by ny standards) 13 x 8.5 room that I'm looking to share with another instrumentalist - a drummer probably makes the most sense but horn players, piano players or laptop producers might work as well. I'm there most often from about 1-6pm, so there's time almost every night after say 6:30, or in the morning. Like every one of these types of buildings it's not perfect, but this building is fairly reasonable and there's quiet time available (although you gotta pick your spots). It's a well-treated room and you could probably bring a few things in here (probably not your own drumkit though, but the whole thing is flexible). $325/month get you time almost every day. There's a stereo/bluetooth hookup that you can run a metronome into as well (great for drums) - and a nice vinyl collection and turntable as well, midi keyboard, couple o' different things. Older/studious/vinyl lovers etc are welcome, but mostly I'm looking for someone that wants to have a nice musical space and isn't a ball of chaos. Ok enough rambling...drop me a line!
