Presented by Her365 Fitness | Facilitated by Marissa Rivera-Davis, GGS-1 | Hosted by Four Fools Winery Our monthly meet-up will take place on the first Wednesday of the month starting in May. ๐ŸŒ… We will be gathering at the tasting room of Four Fools Winery overlooking San Pablo Bay in Rodeo. Come out to the StrongHer Beginnings monthly meet-ups to connect with other women who are on this journey. In addition to making new connections, at our first session, you will learn exactly what you need to do to establish and finally stick to a routine that works for you and the way your life is set up. Marissa will introduce you to 3 powerful practices you can do right away that will help you infuse more movement into your life on a permanent, sustainable basis AND help you stay on track when life changes up on you. About our time together: We'll enjoy the beautiful bay views and perhaps a glass of wine or cup of coffe or tea, while we explore together exactly how you can implement lifelong fitness, nutrition, and wellness practices. We'll also discuss the things that may be impacting the way your body responds to what you're eating and how you're moving including sleep, stress, mindset, hormones, gut health, and pelvic health and what you can do to improve your outcomes. We will gather for up to 90-minutes and will begin with a meet-n-greet, followed by a centering exercise and a brief topic overview of our topics before discussion, volunteer-based sharing, and Q & A. There will also be opportunities for quiet reflection and journaling. More information will be sent in your final confirmation email in advance of the gathering. Open to women 21+. __________ About Marissa: Marissa Rivera-Davis (she/her) is a certified women's fitness, nutrition, & wellness coach, licensed Zumbaยฎ Fitness instructor, and the founder of Her365 Fitness, a studio/gym & wellness community for women located in Pinole, CA. She helps busy & overwhelmed women find the time & energy to move more and eat better so they can develop self-care practices that feel good, that they enjoy, and that they can finally stick to. Her mission is to help women break free from the harmful cycles of dieting and the pursuit of body-image "ideals" so they feel empowered to live authentically & more joyfully in the body they have right now.
