You're Invited to a "Sneak Peek" Neighbors Only Open House
Your Neighbors, David and MC, are in the process of selling their house and have elicited my services to market their property. My team’s combined years of experience tells us that most homeowners would love to choose their neighbors if they could, so here’s your chance to visit their lovely house and think of who you might know that would be interested.
Don’t have any potential buyers in mind? That’s okay. Stop by anyway and take a quick tour anyway. You’ll be impressed by their wonderful decorative touch, their detailed remodels, and their comfortable backyard which is shaded for most of the day and complete with an in-ground pool.
We’d be happy to answer questions you may have, provide you with information on the local market, or direct you to websites or service providers that may be of interest to you. Our first open house for the general public will be a few weeks from now, so please make plans to join us for your own special “sneak peek” before buyers and investors start bidding.
