FALMOUTH, MA — Police announced Main and Locust streets will be closed Wednesday for construction. Detours will be set up in both directions to help motorists around the closure. Police said Southbound traffic will be detoured from Palmer Avenue to Main Street, Shore Street, Surf Drive, Mill Street and then Locust Street. Going northbound, the detour starts at Mill Road to Surf Drive, Shore Street, Main Street and then Palmer Avenue. Expect delays.
