East Bay Guitarist wanting to start a hard rock/punk band!

Hey I am a guitarist based in Oakland who really wants to start a hard rock band with some punk energy and some style influences from classic 60s and 70s bands. I am 29 years old and have been playing guitar for a good 15 or so years, and can play lead but enjoy rhythm and riffing as well of course. I would be really interested in seeing if anyone here has a project or band they feel might benefit from a new guitarist, but I am also interested in seeing who else might be interested in starting a new band. Any bassists, drummers, other guitarists, vocalists? I don't have too much a set vision for what I want to create here and am just looking forward to seeing where any jam sessions can take us organically.
