Experience the magic of hike & meditation in the forest! All levels are welcome. Highlights:⭐ Remove yourself from daily stress & anxiety ⭐ Cultivate a calm state of mind & a deeper sense of presence ⭐ Rediscover inner peace & stillness ⭐ Let go of what you have no control ⭐ Surrender to the natural flow of the universe/life Inner peace, unconditional love, tranquility, compassion, and well-being are your birthrights but only accessible in the present moment. However, you unconsciously and habitually move away from the present moment by clinging to the past, anticipating/worrying about the future, refusing to accept the present experience as it is. The more you resist, unfortunately the more you suffer. In our weekly sessions, we practice the art of mindful living: letting go of the resistance to the present moment and experiencing the present as it exactly is. Things to Note:⭐️ Bring anything you need to meditate(blanket, mat, cushion, towel, etc) Schedule:Part 1: Mindful Hike We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest. Part 2: Guided Meditation Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minutes guided meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax. Part 3: Meditative Talk/Open Discussion We'll end the session with a brief discussion about meditation, wellness and personal growth. Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.
