APPLICATION DEADLINE: JUNE 1, 2022. This Academy is FREE for SB County High-Desert Students (ages 13-18) ONLY. LIMITED 25 STUDENTS. This academy is for students (ages13 to 18) who have a high interest in learning more about careers in aviation and aerospace. An essay is required stating your interest in aviation and why you would like to attend. Seating is limited to 25 students. The ACE Academy is FREE to low to moderate-income students. Students will experience an introduction to the science of flying, be exposed to the various aviation/aerospace careers, five days of academics, five days of field trips to aviation and aerospace companies, and they will receive an orientation flight with Young Eagles. All students must register on Eventbrite and COMPLETE a FULLMMK Aviation/Aerospace Application.
