Balloon Museum The Balloon Museum will be closed on Feb. 17. Animal Shelters Closed on Sunday and Monday, except for the intake desk and reclaims. Credit cards will not be accepted for reclaims on that day. Child Development Centers Closed on Feb. 17. City Offices Most City Offices are closed on Feb. 17. Community Centers Closed on Feb. 17. Health & Social Service Centers Closed on Feb. 17. KiMo Theatre Business and ticket offices closed Feb. 17. Libraries All branches are closed on Feb. 17. Open Space Visitors Center Closed on Feb. 17. Senior Centers Closed on Feb. 17. Shooting Range Park Closed on Feb. 17. What is Open: 311, ABQ RIDE, Trash Collection 311 Community Contact Center Open regular hours on Feb. 17.
