This is a fast-paced, comprehensive childbirth class for couples that focuses on understanding the anatomy of pregnancy. This is a fast-paced, comprehensive childbirth class for couples that focuses on understanding the anatomy of pregnancy, stages of labor, breathing techniques, anesthesia and different laboring positions. The postpartum period will be covered as well. All participants will receive the Gift of Motherhood book containing information on pregnancy and childbirth. Cost of this class is $50 per couple.
