WINDOW CLEANING - EXPERIENCED - TOP PAY IN MARIN I am looking for a VERY responsible individual who is happy to work alone primarily but is willing to work on a team for bigger jobs. You must do excellent work and have a great friendly attitude with customers and be someone I can truly trust in every way. I often travel a great deal so I may at times just be filling your calendar up while I am occasionally abroad for a month or two in the summer. All of our work at the moment comes from a never ending stream of high quality referrals and so I need someone who is very likable and takes pride in there work We pay 60% as a subcontractor for Window Cleaning Jobs and 40% for Gutter Cleaning Jobs. Our window jobs are being increasingly bid at top dollar. Personally when I do a job I aim to price it at $100 an hour but some of our older jobs may be as low as $70 an hour (But I am a fairly fast worker) Gutter Cleaning jobs are bid at a $225 minimum and those jobs can go quickly. Hourly rate when working with me or on a team is up to $35 an hour if your skills and speed are good. This is a contracted employee and must obtain insurance when hired. Looking for someone now through January with potential ongoing work in the winter cleaning gutters and installing and taking down Christmas Lights.. Must have your own vehicle and have or get ladders/ gear. I am willing to train the right person.
