Help needed: Saturn service tech, hopefully with a Vetronix GM Tech 2

I'm having car trouble. I have done all the needed repairs to pass smog. I don't have the cash flow to let a dealer tech spend a few hours at $250/hr to plug it into a computer and tell them what's wrong. I need the use of a bidirectional scanner or if you have a Vetronix GM Tech 2 or similar scanner that will go deeper than the OBD2 system to find out what is preventing the CAT from going from Not ready to READY so I can get my smog cert. I have replaced all the associated parts, and I have been performing the drive cycle required to no effect. Please no not contact me with this information as I am very good at using google. What I am looking for is somebody with experience working on Saturns professionally and/or a professional diagnostic scanner that will tell me more details about what is going on within the computer system. The car is fully mobile and I can come to you. I'm willing to compensate for time with barter or service exchange (I'm an IT specialist amongst other skills) if that helps but money is very tight right now, especially after replacing the Catalytic Converter last week.
