Pulled just in time from Animal Services by a rescue organization, just to be attacked by other dogs at the rescue facility, left poor Jay shaken and hopeless. Looking for a bass player to round out our band and get my studio rocking and recording. Vocals are a major plus but not a requirement. I'm a Rock and Roller in his 60's who has been fronting bands as a Lead Vocalist and Rhythm Guitarist for 30+ years. Moved here 1-1/2 years ago and put together a very nice studio with full PA, 24-Track recording capability, High Speed Internet, 300 Watt Fender BXR Bass amp, Drum set, extra guitar amp and ample space. I'm retired and I'm also retired from constant gigging. Had a few back surgeries so schlepping gear to and from a bar, standing for 4 hours playing, all for $50 is not what I'm looking for anymore. Perhaps an occasional gig but that's about it. Types of music I have done are Classic Rock, Blues and Blues Rock, Southern Rock, Country Rock and Hard Rock. Have a solid lead player and drummer ready to go when you are. Here's an old list of songs I've done in the past but ok with tossing a lot and adding more. Please e-mail via CraigsList or call or text my phone. WANTED: CLASSIC COUNTRY LEAD GUITAR, age range from around 50 to 70+ y.o. We have bass, drums, lead singer/rhythm acoustic guitar. A very nice female cat has been hanging around here for a few weeks. She has pretty well taken up residence, but I can't keep her. She's a real sweetie. In fact she's been trying to help me type this posting on craigslist. I think the keyboard is warmer than the room. Unfortunately she's a very poor typist, but then I'm not much better. Howdy folks, I am working with a bass player, well more like teaching him, and I am looking for a drummer who would be interested in working with us and a singer also. We are concentrating on blues right now and will probably expand from there. We are doing some stevie ray, luther allison, and other artists. I have a set of electric drums you can use. Not sure if this will turn into a gigging band, so we are just working on songs right now. I only ask that you actually know how to play the drums, and not beat the dog doo doo out of them, play with a little finesse. If you might be interested shout back at me. Thanks
